Why do I need to take vitamins…I eat good food?

1) Over 90% of Americans are deficient in vitamins and minerals. We think we eat well, but 33% of us are obese. We’re undernourished and overfed.

[] Vitamins help stop deficiencies.
They nourish. (Example: B-Complex)

2) Decreased consumption of fruits and vegetables, foods with preservatives, put our bodies into stress. We become prone to illness.

[] Vitamins provide necessary nutrients.
They promote healing. (Example: Vitamins C & E)

3) Our body was designed to run on the nutrients no longer in our modern day meals. Primary culprits--fast foods, pesticides, soil depletion, environmental toxins, bring inadequacies; we experience stress-related [heart disease] health injuries.

[] Minerals provide stress relief.
They are our defenders. (Example: Zinc, Alfalfa)

4) Our body functions like an automobile. Fuel [proteins] and lubrication [water] and power sources [vitamins and minerals] sustain us at work, home, and at play.

[] Supplements help meet the higher nutritional needs of today’s
active lifestyles.
They energize us. (Example: Ginseng, fish oils)

Conclusion: START taking vitamins TODAY!!! And choose natural. Vitamins must come from whole foods to be effective. (Synthetic ingredients have inadequate absorption and are not recommended.)

To live an optimal life, you shouldn’t rely only on the food pyramid to provide good nutrition. Let me show you how to nourish and support your body through quality supplementation.
